Claire Lee
President
Claire began her journey at MIM as a Project Team member with Ginger Deli, enhancing its social media presence in Ann Arbor. She later worked as Co-VP of Marketing and now serves as President. With a background in English, Claire excels in languages, writing, and cultural connections. Her experience in social media marketing, copywriting, and communications, coupled with her internship at Publicis Groupe, equips her to foster growth and expertly lead the MIM community!
Jane Heller
VP of Recruitment
Jane is currently a sophomore majoring in History and has extensive experience from her past semesters, during which she contributed to various consulting projects. This semester, she is the VP of Recruitment, where she is eager help expand MIM. Jane is passionate about ensuring that everyone has a seamless and enjoyable experience, and she looks forward to connecting with new members and creating a supportive community!
Addie Siembieda
Co-VP of Project Development

Addie is a sophomore majoring in Business​ with a minor in Writing. In MIM, she has served as a Project Team member and team lead at Blue Whale Cafe and is now Co-VP of Project Development. Addie is passionate about marketing, advertising, and giving back to her community. Which is why she is excited to initiate and manage relationships with local Ann Arbor businesses so they can grow and learn how to best engage their intended audiences!
Charitha Meda
Co-VP of Project Development

Charitha is a sophomore majoring in Business. She started in MIM as a Project Team member working on the Faba team and is now Co-VP of Project Development. This past summer, she interned as a social media intern for a startup called CampusCollect. She is excited to help foster the connections between MIM and the small businesses we partner with, ensure they meet their marketing goals, and help project leads make great final deliverables!

Catherine Neal
VP of Member Experience

Catherine is a freshman majoring in Economics who joined the MIM community during her first semester. She has thoroughly enjoyed participating in the project teams, specifically the Faba team, this past semester. Where she gained valuable insights into marketing and social media. Catherine is enthusiastic about being a resource and contributing to an exceptional experience for all MIM members!

Tess DuPei
Co-VP of Marketing

Tess is a junior majoring in Communications and Media with a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. Additionally, she is also pursuing a Sales and Business Development Certificate. Tess has worked with Ginger Deli as a Project Team member and lead, and is now Co-VP of Marketing. She has experience interning at Sherwin-Williams as an Incoming Sales and Management Intern and is passionate about marketing, creative strategy, and collaboration!

Alex Wellman
Co-VP of Marketing

Alexandra is a sophomore double-majoring in Communication & Media and Psychology. She joined MIM in Winter 2025 as a Project Team member for The Blooming Station and has since taken the role of Co-VP of Marketing. This year, she’s excited to help build the MIM brand through innovative social media strategies and engaging content. As well as diving deeper into the many different sectors of the marketing industry.

Guneet Sandhu
VP of Logistics
Guneet is a junior double-majoring in Organizational Studies and Economics. She started in MIM as a Project Team member for the Blooming Station, then served as project lead for The Petting Farm. And now she is serving as the VP of Logistics! She has interned at two automotive manufacturing companies, Martinrea and Tenneco, and is excited to see where the future will lead her. She looks forward to keep learning alongside MIMbers and is excited to watch MIM as it continues to flourish.
Paige Plumer
VP of Communications
Paige is a junior studying Communication and Media. She has been an important part of the MIM community and has made significant contributions to the club. Paige has experience on various project teams, including Blue Whale Cafe, where she worked to ensure the client achieved its marketing goals. As the VP of Communications, Paige is eager to keep all MIMbers well informed and to answer any questions you may have!
Ivy Coe
VP of Professional Development

Ivy is a sophomore majoring in business and began MIM as a Project Team member for Blue Whale Cafe. She has a strong background in psychology, as well as working with consumer behavior and data analytics. Ivy has previously held roles as a Project Intern and done work in the Legal and Mental Health fields. This summer, she will be at AlphaSights as a Talent Operations Intern. She is excited to help support and teach club members as they begin their professional journey!
