Phiphi Nguyen
Co- President
​Phiphi is a senior majoring in Psychology with a Business minor. She’s been actively involved with MIM for 3 years and previously led consulting teams for Verapose Yoga House and Joe and Rosie. This past summer, she interned at General Mills as a Consumer Insights Intern, where she explored cultural trends and their impact on brand growth. Phiphi is excited to continue supporting local Ann Arbor businesses and help build a strong, inclusive community for MIM members!


Sia Agarwal
Co- President
​Sia is a Junior studying Business with a minor in UX Design. She started in MIM in the Winter of her freshman year on a project team for start up Story Palzzz before becoming VP of Project Development her sophomore year and now Co-President her Junior year! She has interned as a business consultant at ACRO Service Corp and a marketing intern at Next Level Education. She looks forward to helping the MIM community grow and connect and creating an environment that fosters passion, creativity, and togetherness for students who all have a love for marketing!

Taylor Rohr
VP of Recruitment

​Taylor is a senior who is majoring in Economics and apart of the Cappo Sales Track. She started in MIM as a Project Team member for Verapose Yoga House, then was VP of Logistics for a year and is now VP of Recruitment! She has interned at CDW, Galaxy Marketing Services and eTitle Agency. She's excited to lead initiatives that bring together diverse voices and ideas, creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration and professional growth within the MIM community.

Ava Muntner
​VP of Communications

Ava is a junior majoring in Art & Design, minoring in Entrepreneurship, and pursuing the Michigan Sales and Business Development Certificate. She began her journey in MIM as a Project Team member for The Blooming Station, a sustainable flower and plant business. After just one semester in MIM, her enthusiasm for involvement led her to become the Vice President of Communications! Ava has gained valuable experience through internships at Shapeless Studio Architecture & Interiors, The Gracie Awards, and Garage (YC W24). She is now eager to enhance MIM’s communication efforts, fostering a stronger connection within the MIM community.

Kelci Haley
VP of Member Experience

Kelci is a junior majoring in Economics and minoring in Business, with a certificate in Sales and Business Development. She joined MIM her sophomore year, and has loved working with Ginger Deli and Pilot Pals project teams. This summer, she was a Marketing Intern at Focus Financial Partners, where she helped with their Linkedin strategy, podcast, and blog posts. Kelci is excited to help create the best experience possible for MIMbers!

Claire Lee
Co-VP of Marketing
​
Claire started in MIM as a Project Team member with Ginger Deli, growing its social presence in the Ann Arbor community, and is now Co-VP of Marketing at MIM.
As an English major, Claire has a background in languages, writing, and connecting with people from different cultures. Through the years, she has gained extensive experience in social media marketing, copywriting, and communications through various positions and co-founding a social media brand. This past summer, she interned at Publicis Groupe, and now looks forward to applying her knowledge to nourish the MIM community.
Alex Wellman
Co-VP of Marketing

Alexandra is a sophomore double majoring in Communication & Media and Psychology. She joined MIM in Winter 2025 as a Project Team member for The Blooming Station, and now serves as Co-VP of Marketing. This year, she’s excited to help build the MIM brand through social media and dive deeper into the many different sectors of the marketing industry.
Guneet Sandhu
VP of Logistics
Guneet is a junior double majoring in Organizational Studies and Economics. She started in MIM as a project team member for the Blooming Station, then was project lead for The Petting Farm, and is now serving as VP Logistics! She has interned at two automotive manufacturing companies, Martinrea and Tenneco, and is excited to see where the future will lead her. She looks forward to continue learning alongside MIMbers and is excited to continue to watch MIM flourish.

Co- VP of Project Development
Tyler is a junior majoring in Economics at the University of Michigan, with strong interests in consulting, tech, and marketing. He joined MIM as a Project Team member during his freshman year, later led a client project as a sophomore, and now serves as Co-VP of Project Development. Outside of MIM, Tyler works as a cinematographer capturing aerial footage for local real estate listings and as a seasonal sales associate at Farias Surf & Sport. He looks forward to helping MIM grow its impact across campus and is especially excited to mentor newer members as they lead projects of their own.

Sia is a sophomore majoring in Business. She has been involved in MIM for a year consulting for award winning start up Story Palzzz. This summer she worked with ACRO where she helped consult on their software marketing plans. Sia is excited to welcome in new members and help business in Ann Arbor.
VP Professional Development

Luca is a junior who is majoring in Economics. He started in MIM as a Project Team member for Lynkr (a social networking app), was a co-Project Team Leader for Ginger Deli, and is now VP of Professional Development. He has interned at Emerson Street Media and Managed Funds Association the past two summers. Now, he is excited to support club members as they begin their careers and work with the MIM community to continue fostering a successful environment.
